The New Testament Challenge - John Part 1-8: We All Need A Bread King

[John 6:1-24] Jesus feed over five thousand hungry people on a hillside and declares, "I AM the Bread of Life." In response, the people try to make him their king by force, but they have missed the point. Jesus doesn't feed our hungry souls by fulfilling all our hopes and needs. Complete fulfillment is found in laying down our agendas and following Christ.

The New Testament Challenge - John Part 1-7: Living Under the Authority of Christ

[John 5:15-47] What gives us the right to judge another person? For that matter, what gives God the right to judge? We've all heard it before, even thought it ourselves: How can a loving God condemn anyone to hell? In this message we learn about the heart of God, his plan for salvation, and desire for all people to be saved through his son, Jesus Christ.

The New Testament Challenge - John Part 1-6: Do You Really Want to Get Well

[John 4:45-5:14] Jesus asked the lame man, "Do you want to get well?" For a man who had been lame for 38 years, that was a legitimate question. Was he so used to his life the way it was that he had become complacent with it? Jesus asks us the same question, meaning, do we really want him to get up and walk with him, or have we become conditioned to living a sub-par life.
